Contributed to the project of Introducing of Strategic HR Management Practices to Civil Service of Mongolia

Within the frame of strengthening civil service capacity and supporting the implementation of key public sector reform priorities, the project “Strengthening a Professional and Citizen-Centered Civil Service in Mongolia” is being implemented through the cooperation of the Civil Service Council of Mongolia and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), with the support of the Government of Canada. The project has now consolidated its results.

Mrs. B.Amarsanaa, Senior Consultant at Atlas Consulting Firm, worked on this project as a contracted consultant and contributed to the development of the Civil Service Human Resources Competency Framework, along with the relevant methodological and guiding documents. This contribution has been a matter of pride for our organization.

In line with current trends in human resource management, both public and private sector organizations are increasingly recognizing the importance of organizing key HR functions—such as recruitment and selection, performance management, and training and development—in an integrated and coordinated manner to effectively achieve organizational strategic objectives.

We are confident that the outcomes of the project will soon be reflected in the enhanced competencies of civil servants. We extend our best wishes for continued success to all project stakeholders, including the Civil Service Council (CSC) and UNDP.
