The Director of Atlas Consulting Firm, B. Amarsanaa, provided consultancy services under the “Strengthening Fiscal and Financial Stability” (SFFS) project implemented at the Ministry of Finance of Mongolia with funding from the World Bank, within the Human Resource Management Capacity Building component.
The consultancy service commenced in August 2020 and continued for a period of 10 months until May 2021. Within the framework of the Ministry of Finance’s Human Resource Development Program, four sub-programs were developed and submitted. These included sub-programs on Social Security for all civil servants, Health, Career Development, and Training and Development, all of which were designed in compliance with relevant legislation and in a manner that supports the organization’s strategic objectives.
In developing the human resource sub-programs, both international and domestic best practices were taken into account, with the aim of creating a foundational environment that enables civil servants to work productively, sustainably, and with a high level of job satisfaction.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the Ministry of Finance’s Department of Public Administration and Management and the SFFS Project Unit for their close cooperation throughout the consultancy service and wish them continued success in their work.
